The oats will stay fresh if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bc cup (25g) old-fashioned oats (gluten-free\u00a0if necessary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup (120g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup (60mL) nonfat milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp\u00a0Truvia\u00a0(or other sweetener, to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup (35g) blueberries (plus more for topping, if desired)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid.
