It comes together in less than 15 minutes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2&nbsp;cups&nbsp;shredded chicken,&nbsp;<em>leftover chicken works well<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;medium&nbsp;avocado,&nbsp;<em>peeled and pitted<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;medium&nbsp;red onion,&nbsp;<em>chopped<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;red&nbsp;bell pepper,&nbsp;<em>chopped<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;tbsp&nbsp;green onion,&nbsp;<em>minced<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;shredded cheese,&nbsp;<em>swiss or cheddar<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tbsp&nbsp;parsley,&nbsp;<em>chopped<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3&nbsp;tbsp&nbsp;plain yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;lime juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt and pepper,&nbsp;<em>to taste<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4&nbsp;flour tortillas,&nbsp;<em>8 or 10 inch size<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the tortillas. Stir to mix until blended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place tortillas on a work surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread a 1\/2 inch layer of chicken avocado mixture on top of a tortilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll up the tortilla holding it together tightly with your fingertips. Then slice the roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat for remaining tortillas.
