All you need is a blender, a nut milk bag (cheesecloth or kitchen towel), and fresh produce! This Orange Sunrise Blender Juice is made with carrots, oranges, pineapple, turmeric, ginger, and mint for a healthy homemade juice the whole family will enjoy with no added sugar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 oranges, peeled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups fresh pineapple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 large carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon ground turmeric powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>small piece of fresh ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-7 mint leaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 cups water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wash all produce. Add the water to the blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chop the carrots, pineapple, and peeled oranges and place them in your blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peel the ginger and add to the blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the turmeric powder and mint leaves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and no chunks are left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the nut milk bag (or cheesecloth\/thin kitchen towel) over a large bowl\/measuring cup and carefully pour the juice into the bag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeeze all of the liquid out of the pulp into the bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store any leftover juice in the fridge and consume within a few days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No juicer needed to make this gorgeous orange juice!
