Perfect to suit Indian taste buds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd&nbsp;cup&nbsp;Instant Oats&nbsp;I used Quaker easy cook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6&nbsp;Flakes of Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3&nbsp;tablespoon&nbsp;Carrot&nbsp;chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd&nbsp;Tomato&nbsp;chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;Green chilli&nbsp;Chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;Fennel&nbsp;crush slightly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;tablespoon&nbsp;Coriander leaves&nbsp;chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0cup\u00a0grated Coconut Or Low fat Milk &#8211; \u00bc cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pressure cook everything with enough water (just add to cover the oats), except coconut or milk in the above ingredients up to 2 whistles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the cooker and mash it well with a masher. Make sure you mash the garlic properly so that the flavor blends well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract milk from the coconut by grinding it with lukewarm water and squeeze out the milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the extracted milk or low fat milk to the porridge and mix well and just heat a little.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oats Kanji &#8211; Indian style oats porridge (drinkable) for breakfast with garlic, coconut milk and spices.
