Fresh or Frozen Kamias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3&nbsp;pcs. Tomatoes, wedged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;medium Onion, wedged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4&nbsp;pieces long green pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7&nbsp;leaves, mustard greens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 cups&nbsp;water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boil the water in a large cooking pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the water starts to boil, add the tomatoes, kamias, and onion. Cover and let boil for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the fish (any type) and long green peppers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the remaining ingredients including salt and pepper.
