I washed it four times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut\/divide the intestine about 4 inches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large pot and season according to your liking and then ADD the intestine and start cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boil intestine until soft. It took me one and half hours to soften it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When done boiling, drain the water, tap dry and let cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place it in a zip lock and refrigerate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep fry when ready.
