{"id":2962,"date":"2023-09-02T13:20:32","date_gmt":"2023-09-02T13:20:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=2962"},"modified":"2023-09-02T13:20:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-02T13:20:33","slug":"monggo-guisado-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/02\/monggo-guisado-recipe\/13\/20\/2962\/32\/appdev2098\/filipino-recipes-two\/soup\/","title":{"rendered":"Monggo Guisado Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 1\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0mung beans\u00a0soaked in 1 1\/2 cups water (overnight)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4\u00a0cups\u00a0fish flakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0bunch fresh spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0bagoong isda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0small yellow onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0cup\u00a0diced tomatoes\u00a0canned or 3 fresh plum tomatoes, cubed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0minced garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0cups\u00a0water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ground black pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0cooking oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the cooking oil in a pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saute the onion and garlic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the onion becomes soft, add the fish flakes and continue to cook in medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the tomatoes. Stir and cook for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put-in the mung beans. Stir, add the bagoong isda, and 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes. Add more water if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle some ground black pepper and then add the spinach. Stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add more water (around 1 cup or more as needed). Let boil and cook for 5 minutes more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust the taste by adding more bagoong isda (only of needed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer to a serving bowl.
