{"id":3358,"date":"2023-09-10T13:32:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-10T13:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=3358"},"modified":"2023-09-10T13:32:01","modified_gmt":"2023-09-10T13:32:01","slug":"cabbage-poriyal-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/10\/cabbage-poriyal-recipe\/13\/32\/3358\/00\/appdev2098\/popular-indian-recipes\/cabbage\/","title":{"rendered":"CABBAGE PORIYAL RECIPE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2.5&nbsp;cups&nbsp;finely chopped cabbage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;cup&nbsp;blanched green peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;grated coconut&nbsp;fresh<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt&nbsp;to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tempering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2&nbsp;teaspoons&nbsp;oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;mustard seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;urad dal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;chana dal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;green chili&nbsp;optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;dried red chili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;turmeric powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First of all clean and chop the cabbage as mentioned above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal. Also add turmeric powder, slit green chili and dried red chilies. Saute well for a minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the tempering is done add blanched green peas and saute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add chopped cabbage and saute well. Saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with salt. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. At this stage you can add a splash of water if your cabbage is not tender. Mine was very fresh and tender and did not require any water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally add freshly grated coconut and mix well.
