{"id":3446,"date":"2023-09-13T06:30:22","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T06:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=3446"},"modified":"2023-09-13T06:30:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-13T06:30:22","slug":"punjabi-lemon-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/13\/punjabi-lemon-chicken\/06\/30\/3446\/22\/appdev2098\/healthy-indian-recipes\/chicken-healthy-indian-recipes\/","title":{"rendered":"Punjabi Lemon Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chicken cut into 8 pieces on the bone 750 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil 2 tablespoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ginger chopped 1\u00bd inch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onions sliced 2 medium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turmeric powder \u00bd teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander powder 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green chillies 7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh coriander leaves 10-12 sprigs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place chicken pieces in a bowl, add 2 tbsps lemon juice and salt and mix. Set aside to marinate for 2-4 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and ginger and saut\u00e9. Add onions to the pan and saut\u00e9 till lightly coloured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well. Make small slits on green chillies and add to the pan. Add chicken and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halve the lemon, remove seeds and add to the pan. Add 1 cup water and mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roughly chop 10-12 fresh coriander sprigs and add and mix well.
