{"id":3788,"date":"2023-09-14T06:20:34","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T06:20:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=3788"},"modified":"2023-09-19T12:49:23","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T12:49:23","slug":"murgh-zafrani-shorba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/14\/murgh-zafrani-shorba\/06\/20\/3788\/34\/appdev2098\/day-indian-recipes\/4-soups-recipes\/","title":{"rendered":"Murgh Zafrani Shorba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g chicken bones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml tomato pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g coriander roots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g cinnamon sticks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 g cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g black cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g green cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g mint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g green chillies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g red chillies, dry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g coriander roots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g saffron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g brown onions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry bones for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a pot, add water, chicken bones and spice potli with coriander root, black and green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, green chilli, red chilli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and simmer on medium heat for 50 minutes. Turn off heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discard spice potli. Strain and remove bones.
