Peel the sweet potatoes, then slice each potato into even \u00bc inch thick sticks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl, and toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook in 2 or 3 batches, depending on the size of your basket without overcrowding the pan until they\u2019re crispy. I recommend 12 minutes, turning half way.
