{"id":4350,"date":"2023-09-19T14:17:07","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T14:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=4350"},"modified":"2023-09-19T14:17:08","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T14:17:08","slug":"air-fryer-chicken-potstickers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/19\/air-fryer-chicken-potstickers\/14\/17\/4350\/07\/appdev2098\/air-fryer-recipes\/meal\/","title":{"rendered":"Air-Fryer Chicken Potstickers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 oz. raw lean ground chicken (at least 92% lean)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup canned sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup chopped scallions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp. dried minced onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp. chopped garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp. ground ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 square wonton wrappers (stocked with the tofu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional dips: sweet Asian chili sauce, additional soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients&nbsp;<em>except<\/em>&nbsp;wonton wrappers. Mix well.<br><br>Lay out eight wonton wrappers on a dry surface. Top with half of the chicken mixture, about 1 tbsp. per wrapper. Moisten wrapper edges with water, and fold the bottom left corner of each wrapper to meet the top right corner, forming a triangle and enclosing the filling. Press firmly on the edges to seal. Repeat to make eight more potstickers. Spray with nonstick spray.<br><br>Set air fryer to 392 degrees (see HG FYI). Add potstickers in a single layer. (If they won\u2019t all fit, save the remaining for a second batch.)
