{"id":4884,"date":"2023-10-02T12:39:35","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T12:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=4884"},"modified":"2023-10-02T12:39:36","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T12:39:36","slug":"dan-dan-mian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/02\/dan-dan-mian\/12\/39\/4884\/35\/appdev2098\/chinese-food-three\/noodle\/","title":{"rendered":"dan dan mian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the Pork<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;lb ground pork, beef, chicken or crumbled tofu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;chopped garlic (approximately&nbsp;3&nbsp;cloves garlic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;chopped ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tbsp\u00a0shaoxing wine, dry sherry or rice wine \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinch of black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;cooking oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oz&nbsp;Chinese preserved mustard green, chopped (You can omit this or substitute with any pickled mustard green or kimchi \u2013 after washing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the Sauce<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;chopped garlic (approximately&nbsp;2&nbsp;cloves garlic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp&nbsp;tahini (preferred made with toasted sesame seeds) or peanut butter&nbsp; https:\/\/amzn.to\/332nJVk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tbsp&nbsp;soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp\u00a0dark soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp\u00a0chili oil with chili flakes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tbsp&nbsp;sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0to\u00a03\u00a0tsp toasted and grinned\u00a0Sichuan peppercorns\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Assemble<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2&nbsp;portions fresh egg noodles or spaghetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handful of yu choy, bok choy, napa cabbage or any green leafy vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tbsp&nbsp;sauce (approximately half of the sauce)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup&nbsp;hot chicken or veggie broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>green onion chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crushed peanuts or sesame seeds for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix all the ingredients for the pork except 1 tbsp cooking oil and preserved mustard green. Let it marinate while preparing other ingredients, about 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl and set aside. This sauce can be stored in a refrigerator unto 5 days.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and swirl to coat. Add the pork mixture and stir fry until pork is fully cooked, no more moisture on the bottom and slightly have brown edges, about&nbsp; 3 to 4 minutes. Add preserved mustard green and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep it warm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook noodles by following the directions of the package you\u2019re using. At the last minute of cooking noodles, add yu choy or your choice of green vegetables into boiling water with noodles. Cook all together for 1 minute, drain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place half of the sauce (approximately 3 tbsp) on a bottom of serving bowl and lay the noodles on top of the sauce. Arrange the blanched green vegetable on top of the noodles then cooked pork mixture. Pour hot chicken broth around the edge of the bowl.
