{"id":5527,"date":"2023-10-12T15:03:45","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T15:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=5527"},"modified":"2023-10-12T15:03:50","modified_gmt":"2023-10-12T15:03:50","slug":"beef-gyoza-with-black-vinegar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/12\/beef-gyoza-with-black-vinegar\/15\/03\/5527\/45\/appdev2098\/japanese-food-recipes-2\/ground-beef-japanese-food-recipes-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Beef gyoza with black vinegar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g beef mince<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon tamari* or soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons sesame oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons peanut oil, plus extra to fry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons grated ginger, plus 2 tablespoons shredded ginger to serve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup finely chopped chives or spring onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage, blanched, refreshed, squeezed of moisture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>18 gyoza* or gow gee* wrappers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 spring onions, sliced thinly to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BLACK VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons tamari* or soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">METHOD<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.Mix sauce ingredients with 2 tablespoons hot water and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.Mix mince, tamari, oils, ginger, chives and cabbage. Place 1 heaped taspoon of mixture on each wrapper, brush edges with water, then fold over. Use fingers to crimp edges. Stand, crimped-edge up, on a lined tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.Heat a thin layer of oil in a frypan over high heat until almost smoking. Remove from heat and arrange dumplings, touching, in a circular pattern in pan. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until base is browned. Drizzle with 1\/2 cup (125ml) hot water. Cover and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, adding more water if evaporated. Remove from heat, uncover and stand for 1-2 minutes or until dumplings come away from pan easily. Invert dumplings onto a plate.
