{"id":5704,"date":"2023-10-13T04:19:23","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T04:19:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=5704"},"modified":"2023-10-22T05:21:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-22T05:21:12","slug":"dorayaki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/13\/dorayaki\/04\/19\/5704\/23\/appdev2098\/japanese-recipes-3\/3-desserts-recipes\/","title":{"rendered":"Dorayaki"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150\u00a0g\u00a0all purpose flour\u00a0(1 cup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0eggs\u00a0Large eggs weigh 50g each<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110\u00a0g\u00a0caster sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tbsp\u00a0honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0mirin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40\u00a0ml\u00a0water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200\u00a0g\u00a0sweet azuki bean paste\u00a0*3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sift flour and baking powder and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place eggs, sugar, honey and mirin in a large mixing bowl and beat all together until the egg mixture becomes pale whitish in colour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the sifted flour and baking powder in and combine till you don&#8217;t see any flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrap the mixing bowl with cling wrap and rest it in the fridge for 30 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 30 minutes rested in the fridge, add 40 ml of water to smooth the batter. *1&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the hot plate 320\u00b0F (160\u00b0C). *2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour 1 scoop of ice cream scooper of the batter onto the pan.
