I use a\u00a0mesh strainer\u00a0for this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat the oil in the Instant Pot, using the Saute function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the garlic and saute about 30 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the water, brown rice, quinoa, and salt. Stir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If making burrito bowls, also add garlic powder, cumin and chili powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the Manual button and program the Instant Pot to cook for 22 minutes on high pressure.
