{"id":7997,"date":"2023-12-02T04:22:58","date_gmt":"2023-12-02T04:22:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=7997"},"modified":"2023-12-02T04:22:59","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T04:22:59","slug":"sauteed-sablefish-with-ginger-soy-glaze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/02\/sauteed-sablefish-with-ginger-soy-glaze\/04\/22\/7997\/58\/appdev2098\/fish-recipes-one\/sablefish\/","title":{"rendered":"SAUTEED SABLEFISH WITH GINGER-SOY GLAZE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 (5- to 6-ounce)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tbsp honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tbsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp sesame oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp grated fresh ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clove garlic, grated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tbsp canola oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pkg Ramen noodles, cooked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DIRECTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine first 7 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Add sablefish, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove fish from dish and reserve marinade. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet or saut\u00e9 pan over medium-high heat. Add canola oil and lay fish in pan, skin side up. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and to desired degree of doneness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While fish cooks, pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes, or until marinade is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assemble: Place the ramen noodles on dish and place fillet on top of the bed of ramen.
