Add the garlic and let it cook for 1 minute. Zest the lemon and add it to the butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thinly slice the zested lemon and place the slices in the bottom of a baking dish. Save any extra slices for the top of the fish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pat the dover sole dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the fillets on top of the lemon slices. Spoon or brush the garlic butter over the fish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
