{"id":8639,"date":"2023-12-07T06:19:16","date_gmt":"2023-12-07T06:19:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/?p=8639"},"modified":"2023-12-07T06:19:17","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T06:19:17","slug":"mexican-seafood-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saad.appscodestudio.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/07\/mexican-seafood-soup\/06\/19\/8639\/16\/appdev2098\/soup-recipes-four\/mexican-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexican Seafood Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 lb\/ 500g raw shrimp\/ green prawns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 liter seafood stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon vegetable oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium carrot, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup gazpacho beans\/ chickpeas drained, rinsed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 teaspoons adobo sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 avocado, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jalapeno, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lime wedges to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start by peeling and deveining raw shrimp (green prawn) and save the shells for broth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large saucepan, add seafood stock and shrimp (prawn) shells, cover and bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes then strain stock though sieve into a bowl and throw away the shells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wipe dry your saucepan, add vegetable oil and saut\u00e9 onion, 1\/2 teaspoon chopped jalape\u00f1o and diced carrots for 5 minutes. Add stock back to the saucepan and add 1 cup water. Cover and bring to boil, reducing heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add adobo sauce and mix.
