Follow this easy recipe to learn how to cook lobster tails three different ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u00a0lobster tails\u00a0(about 3-4 ounces each)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0unsalted butter\u00a0melted (\u215b stick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0freshly squeezed lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0freshly grated garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh parsley or thyme\u00a0for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kitchen Shears<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baking Sheet\u00a0if baking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air Fryer (click for my favorite)\u00a0if air frying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instant Pot (click for my favorite)\u00a0if making in the instant pot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use sharp kitchen shears to cut down the middle of the lobster shell. Make sure to only cut the shell, not the meat!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carefully crack the shell open, lift out the meat, and place it on top of the shell. The meat should lift easily from out of the shell but will still be connected at the end so it doesn\u2019t fall off!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the lobster tails. Season each lobster tail with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the Oven<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the lobster tails on a rimmed baking sheet and bake them at 400\u00b0F for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is firm and opaque (and the shells are bright red).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve the lobster tails immediately topped with chopped parsley and with melted butter for dipping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the Air Fryer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the lobster tails in your air fryer basket and cook at 350\u00b0F for 7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve the lobster tails immediately topped with chopped parsley and with melted butter for dipping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the Instant Pot<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the trivet insert in the bottom of your Instant Pot and pour in \u00bd cup of water. Place the lobster tails on the trivet and attach the lid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook Manual for 2 minutes (it will take about 10 minutes for the Instant Pot to pressurize). Then, release the pressure manually by switching the valve to the \u201cventing\u201d position.
