Ingredients of Spinach Vegetable Samosa
- 400 gm all purpose flour
- 8 teaspoon white cabbage
- 4 potato
- 2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 2 handful spinach
- 2 medium onion
- 2 small carrot
- 500 ml vegetable oil
- 6 pinches salt
How to make Spinach Vegetable Samosa
Step 1
To prepare these crispy samosas, take a bowl and add Fine Flour, a little water and salt. Mix well to a thick paste.
Step 2
Heat little oil in a pan. saute the chopped spinach, onion, grated cabbage and carrot for a few minutes. Remove and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add the mashed potatoes, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well and make small balls of the mixture and flatten them. Place a portion of the filling and shape them into a samosa.
Step 4
Heat oil for frying over medium flame. Deep fry the prepared samosas till golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain excess oil. Serve with ketchup or chutney of choice.
