Roasted Chicken Sub

Roasted Chicken Sub is a Continental sandwich recipe that is relished globally by all sandwich lovers. This non-vegetarian recipe is prepared using boneless chicken pieces, mushrooms, red onions, Swiss cheese and is quite easy to prepare.

Ingredients of Roasted Chicken Sub

  • 350 gm chicken boneless
  • 1 1/2 cup mushroom
  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • caesar salad dressing as required
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 buns
  • 4 pieces tomato

How to make Roasted Chicken Sub

Step 1

Prepare the chicken pieces Wash the chicken slices under water and pat dry them using kitchen towels in a separate large bowl. Sprinkle the Caesar salad mix over it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Saute the filling Mean while, place a pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough add mushroom pieces to it along with chopped onions and saute them till they appear cooked. After some time add the chicken slices to it and cook till they turn crispy and golden brown from all the sides. Once cooked well, transfer them to a separate bowl.

Step 3

Fill the stuffing and serve Carefully slice the submarine buns from the centre and add this chicken mixture in between along with the tomato slices. Top it with a cheese slice and place it on a pan over low flame for a minute. Repeat the same with the other bun and serve warm.
